Part-time Maids / Regular Housekeeping

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Bedrooms and living room
• Vacuum and mop floor
• Clean and polish all mirrors
• Changing of bed linen
• Dusting of furniture

Kitchen
• Mop floor
• Wipe cooking stove and exterior of electrical appliances
• Wipe exterior surface of all cabinets
• Wash and disinfect basin

Bathroom
• Clean and disinfect bathtub, basin, toilet bowl
• Washing of toilet floor and walls
• Clean and polish all mirrors

Others
• Ironing (excludes bedsheets and cover)
• Empty trash
• Clean windows and grills (periodical)
• Wipe and clean all ceiling fans and lights (periodical)

FREQUENCY:

• Weekly, once or more times a week or fortnight basis
• Minimum 4 hours per session

RATES:

One time agency fee
• From $108* onwards
• Inclusive of a 12 month guarantee period for 3 replacements of maid

Hourly Rates
• Weekdays from $10/hr*
• Sat/Sun/PH/ Weekday nights from $12/hr*
• Weekend nights from $15/hr*

CLEANING TOOLS AND SOLUTIONS:

• To be provided by house owner

OPTIONAL:

Top up S$50 for a brand new set of Starter Kit
