Our Terms & Conditions

PART-TIME MAID / REGULAR HOUSEKEEPING:

  1. DomesticONE  reserves the right to amend the initial quotation, should the Client’s original requirements change.
  2. The maid reserve the rights to reject task that may endanger their safety.
  3. Agency Fees / Deposits are not refundable and transferable.
  4. Client is to pay the full amount of the cleaning fee as stated above to the maid at the end of each session or in advance.
  5. Replacements is only valid for service carry out on a regular basis, as per frequency stated above.
  6. Service and Replacement is valid at the address stated above only and is not transferable.
  7. Client shall liaise through DomesticONE for any referral of future assignments to be given to the same maid.
  8. A notice period of 5 working days is required from the client for a replacement.
  9. The Client shall provide all cleaning equipments, accessories and solutions.
  10. Assigned maid is insured with Work Injury Compensation Policy, WCC16A00017801.

AD-HOC CLEANING – SPRING CLEANING – PRE / POST MOVING CLEANING – POST RENOVATION CLEANING:

  1.  DomesticONE reserves the right to amend the initial quotation, should the Client’s original requirements or actual site condition change.
  2. The cleaners reserve the rights to reject task that may endanger their safety.
  3. Cleaning fees paid are not refundable and transferable.
  4. Additional service hour will be charged accordingly at the rate of S$30/hr for each cleaner.
  5. Client is to check the area on completion of service, any touching up required will only be done on the same service day.
  6. Payment term is based on Cash On Delivery or Credit Payment in advance of service.

OFFICE / WORKSPACE CLEANING:

  1. DomesticONE  reserves the right to amend the initial quotation, should the Client’s original requirements change.
  2. The cleaner reserve the rights to reject task that may endanger their safety.
  3. Agency Fees / Deposits are not refundable and transferable.
  4. Client is to pay the full amount of the cleaning fee as stated above to the maid at the end of each session or in advance.
  5. Replacements is only valid for service carry out on a regular basis, as per frequency stated above.
  6. Service and Replacement is valid at the address stated above only and is not transferable.

PART TIME BABYSITTER:

  1. DomesticONE  reserves the right to amend the initial quotation, should the Client’s original requirements change.
  2. The Babysitter reserve the rights to reject task that may endanger their safety.
  3. Agency Fees / Deposits are not refundable and transferable.
  4. Client is to pay the full amount of the cleaning fee as stated above to the Babysitter at the end of each session.
  5. Replacements is only valid for service carry out on a regular basis, as per frequency stated above.
  6. Service and Replacement is to be carry out at the address stated above only.
  7. Client shall liaise through DomesticONE for any referral of future assignments to be given to the same Babysitter.
  8. A notice period of 5 working days is required from the client for a replacement.
  9. The Client is to pay a taxi fare of S$30 for service ended after 10.30pm.
  10. Assigned Babysitter is insured with Work Injury Compensation Policy, WCC16A00017801.
